We are having $5 yoga session + dinner on Friday!

Schedule for the Yoga night on May 1st :
Arrive 4.45pm and Yoga starts at 5pm
6pm Srivasana then – 15min mantra kirtan meditation
6.30pm dinner
Vacate by 8 or 8.30pm latest ( as they have to clean up and lock up)
Coconut curry
(not spicy)
includes kumara, pumpkin, whey (unless u want vegan) then water, coconut milk, curry leaves and cinnamom sticks and maybe another vegetable.
Oven chips/potatos in olive oil and paprika, salt and pepper
Basmati Rice and salad
Halava – Cooked semolina sweet with Fresh Lemon,
Fresh herbal tea and water as drink
